The Developers Network Birmingham

I’ve been co-hosting The Developers Network Birmingham since 2021, and it’s grown into one of the most active property networking events in the region. We welcome around 70–80 attendees each month which forms a mix of developers, investors, and industry professionals all looking to connect, collaborate, and grow.

We’ve even been shortlisted for multiple awards, which is a testament to the community we’ve built and the consistency we’ve kept.

Real Visuals

I’m the Co-Founder and Director of Real Visuals, a CGI and 3D visualisation company that works with developers, architects, and interior designers to bring their projects to life. We produce high-quality still images, virtual tours, and walkthroughs that support everything from planning applications to marketing campaigns and investor packs.

I lead on business development and strategy, working alongside our talented in-house team. We've grown through strong relationships, consistent delivery, and visuals that help clients move projects forward.

UK Homes Network

I support the team at UK Homes Network as a non-executive strategic advisor, helping shape the platform’s growth across the property sector. My focus is on brand positioning, community engagement, and building trust with users and partners.

I work closely with the founders to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the platform delivers real value to both buyers and developers. From shaping the product roadmap to representing the brand at industry events, I’m proud to play a role in its mission to become the go-to digital home for property professionals.

Harrys Club

Harry’s Club is a monthly networking event I co-host at The Regency Hotel in Solihull, in partnership with Smart Homes, Brookvale Auctions, Glenn Clarke Financial, and The Regency Hotel. It’s built for professionals, investors, and business owners who value genuine conversations and long-term connections.

The vibe is relaxed, the format is simple, and the focus is on building real relationships. Over time, it’s naturally led to many trusted business transactions, collaborations, and new opportunities, all through the strength of the network.
